We have been manufacturing gluten-free products since 1998. During this time we have been perfecting the results and expanding the offer, reaching the point where we decided to manufacture exclusively gluten-free to give a greater guarantee and safety to people with celiac disease.
We have the "gluten-free" certification of all the products we use as ingredients and we have eliminated wheat flour from our production process, replacing it with other gluten-free flours, such as rice, corn, chickpea, buckwheat, ...
