Shipping time and cost

The shipping and delivery service is covered by the MRW company. It is a 24-48 hour delivery service to guarantee the good condition of the product.

Our products are fresh and without preservatives, for this reason we always advise to consume immediately or freeze as soon as you receive the product. Also for the same reason (under some exceptions), all products are made the day before and baked on the day of order departure. In order to maintain this degree of quality, we need a processing time between the receipt of the order and the delivery of the package.

Taking into account that shipments leave the workshop from Monday to Wednesday, the minimum delivery times for packages from the order are as follows:

• All orders placed online from Tuesday night to Saturday go out next Monday.
• Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays before 17:00 go out on Tuesday.
• And orders placed from Monday afternoon to Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. leave on Wednesdays.

The minimum purchase amount is €18. The shipping cost will depend on the volume of purchase, for purchases under €40 the cost is €7.90. For purchases over €40 the cost of transport is €12.
