Lluís Febrer

Artisan pastry chef

Born in 1959, he was trained from a very young age at the prestigious Serra pastry shop in Ferreries, which he succeeded in 1983 by founding Pastisseria Artesana Lluís Febrer, after a period of higher education.

He obtained the Letter of Master Craftsman (CMA) in 1992 and the Denomination of Artisan Quality (DQA) in 2008, granted by the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Lluís Febrer C. B. is a family business dedicated both to the traditional pastry and confectionery of the island of Menorca and to the making of pastries and cakes of all kinds.
