Lluis Febrer, Artisan Pastry
Born in 1959, was formed since young ages at the prestigious Serra Pastry de Ferreries, which happened after the 1983 founding Pastry Craft Lluis Febrer, after a phase of training.
He obtained the Master Craftsman Letter (CMA) in 1992 and the Designation of Quality Crafts (DQA) in 2008, awarded by the Government of the Balearic Islands.
Lluis Febrer C. B. is a family company dedicated to the elaboration of traditional cakes and pastries of the island of Minorca and also pastries and cakes of all kinds. And now we produce gluten free products, suitable for celiac people.
